If there is one word used to describe Jason Perry, our founder and owner, it’s INTEGRITY.  Jason makes sure each job is done right, done well and priced affordably.  He was born in Middle Tennessee but moved to Knoxville for college and loved it so much he stayed! 

Jason worked in pest control for nine years before he went out on his own.  He started JMP Services doing just home inspections in January 2020 and since then has grown into repairing and improving the homes he inspects.  You could say that now, moving forward into 2026, JMP Services is the “whole home” company.

Jason loves to teach and learn, and that’s whey he is always trying to figure out new ways to make home ownership easier and less fraught with challenges from equipment failure, water damage and all those other fun things.  His goal is to create a true family company – one that treats their customers and their employees well, something that his own children look forward to working for and inheriting.

When he’s not crawling through attics, basements and walls, Jason can often be found playing music with his band or subbing in with other bands on the local Knoxville music scene.  You will also find him coaching and watching his boys playing their favorite sports all year round.
